Starting January 1, 2010 Device Makers that are not currently members of the Fab Owners Association will pay an FOA Purchasing Partners, Inc. annual membership fee of $6,500. This annual membership fee is recoverable through the PPI "Participation Rebate Program." Existing device maker members - as of 12/31/2009 - will not be charged an annual membership fee.
